Paul is Paul Summers (Paul W. Sammarco). Paul has been writing music since the age of 11. He has been arranging, performing, recording, and producing music for himself, his own groups, and others for over 45 years. His works span a wide range of categories, including ballads, easy listening/soft rock, acoustic rock, country-rock, blue-grass, jazz-rock, Christian, etc. Paul's tunes have been published by three music publishers in the US and Australia Chappell-Intersong (now Warner-Chappell; APRA), Sydney, Australia; Len Fischer Music (APRA), Canberra, Australia; and now Endless Shores Music Publishing, USA (ASCAP).

Paul and Friends premiere CD Hang On to Your Dreams is truly eclectic, providing a cross-section of numerous styles. The album falls into the general category of Light Rock or Soft Rock, but spans a wide range of categories, including ballads, easy listening, acoustic rock, country-rock, blue-grass, jazz-rock, Christian, etc. Paul is Paul Summers/Paul W. Sammarco. This CD features many of the talented musicians with whom Paul has worked over the years. Some are derived from the bands he has led in the US and Australia over the years; others are equally talented friends and colleagues who did session work for these P&J projects. In all, there are 19 musicians featured on the premier CD and their talents shine.

Hang on to Your Dreams is not your average CD. This is not music to be aired today and placed on a dusty shelf or trashed several months from now. It is quality music designed to be played by generations of listeners. The songs on this CD appeal to listeners ranging from 5 to 85 years of age. The music is beautifully crafted and engineered to be readily accepted by the ear with haunting melodies, meaningful lyrics, and soothing vocal and instrumental arrangements. The tunes have been recorded in cities all around the US and Australia. In the US, the songs were recorded in Los Alamitos, CA; New Orleans, LA; and Syracuse, NY. In Australia, in Kuranda, Cairns, Townsville, and Brisbane, Queensland; Sydney, New South Wales; and Perth, Western Australia.
